Creative Choice a Luxury living

Palm Beach County expects a new and amazing luxury living into Singer Island. It will give both residents and visitors a sophisticated access to a holy place with a variety of cleansing techniques, yoga and fitness, breathing instructions and more. This Amrit property combines the ingredients of a first-class resort living with an absolute healthy lifestyle. Sales begin in February for 195 residences from $1.1 million to $5 million. Creative Choice has a selected private beach club for its memberships. Buyers may opt for one of the 6 existing beachfront villas or for a unit in a 20 stories high- tower.

Luxury waterfront living

With a beautiful ocean view, the Avatar Holdings Inc of Coral Gables will be building 113 residences around the new Frenchman’s Yacht Club on Donald Ross Rd. The homes were especially designed to offer a more attractive option to homebuyers. These new homes will have 2,800 square feet to 3,600 each with 2 or 3 bedrooms and will be fully equipped. Pre-construction prices have not been officially stated but they are expected from $1.4 million to over $2.75 million. Home sales started in early February.
