Biltmore Hotel is a well known business-passengers building in Coral Gables, but in the past this Hotel was a veteran's hospital. It has been said that during World War II soldiers were sent to this place to receive medical treatments. Many of them died there. The fact is that on 13 th floor people could hear weird noises and at the same time they could see some “soldier's ghosts” walking around. According to several comments from construction workers, who worked for the restoration of Biltmore Hotel in 1983, on 13 th floor the same weird noises could be heard around the whole place. Apparently, in 2005 ghosts stories or unexplained noises have not been reported while staying at Biltmore Hotel.
