Dania Beach will include a public marina

It has been reported that due to a common vote by city officials; Dania Beach will count with a public marina soon. There are many private marinas but there’s one in particular in Dania Beach situated next to Florida Atlantic University’s Sea Tech. According to what has been reported there would be an ownership transfer to complete the deal. In the meantime the city plans to upgrade the whole place and probably enlarge its size. This marina had a shopping and also a dinning complex. There are plans to start promoting Dania Beach this fall along with the welcome of a restaurant on the waterfront which is expected to be opened this summer. While South Florida successfully experience its beachfront condo boom, Dania Beach intends to keep marinas released to satisfy the boating community. It has also been reported that many boaters have been asked about the type of development that are needed at the marina and how these projects should be achieved.
