Financial help for homebuyers

The Florida Housing Finance Corp recently said that there’s a program that allows now  homebuyers to apply for a 30 year, fixed-rate mortgages through the Florida State housing connection program. This program provides financial help to Florida residents who are in need of buying a home and especially to those who were dramatically affected by hurricanes in 2005. The purchase price of a home can be no higher than $400,000.
