More condo-building projects in Miami

The condo boom in Miami includes more than 114 major projects in which high-rise condos are under the building process while other projects are in the first planning steps all along Biscayne Bay. More than 61,000 condo units have been proposed by  developers.  The project includes a skyscraper, the tallest one in Florida. It’s a 74-story building, the highest one compared to any residential building in New York. The place is expected to be two times bigger than Aventura Mall. Condo boom is a reality in Miami with many true buyers expecting to make their best Real Estate investments. Real Estate Agents are busier than ever. Advertisements for condo units thrive all local magazines and newspapers lately.
