South Florida: More families can obtain financing to buy a home
It has been reported that according to some developers, the construction of new homes on a Loxahatchee orange grove will generate more affordable options for homebuyers in the near future. According to what have been said, the building proposal includes about 10,000 homes in its different styles. And, apparently, the idea would be to convert these cow pastures into a new real community with local shops and commercial business. The proposal is being planned with middle-income families in mind. And once completed, the place will turn into a more affordable housing for many people who will have the opportunity to live, play and work in the same neighborhood. Although the whole subject sounds good, it’s still under discussion.
