South Florida: More Condo-Hotel projects
Developers in South Florida are still working seriously on new Condominium-Hotel projects as well as converting the old ones into condos. The Royal Palm Resort on South Miami Beach is going to become a condo-hotel. This Art-Deco resort is located at 1545 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach. It has three buildings with three to seventeen stories, 417 existing rooms from which 130 will be advertised as hotel-condo units. The remaining number of rooms will be kept by the developer and used as traditional first-class hotel. The Royal Palm Resort’s residences will count with private terraces, luxurious baths with rosewood vanities, hardwood floors, plasma TVs, Ipod docking stations, satellite radio and more. Among the opulent amenities projected, this resort will include a luxury spa, contemporary fusion-cuisine restaurant, a beachfront pool, valet service and concierge. All condo-hotel buyers will be allowed to make use of the hotel facilities and services.
