South Beach condo waiting for approval

The luxury waterfront condominium Waverly which is placed on Miami Beach’s West Avenue is waiting for approval to get the public bay walk closed. The owners of this luxury condo situated at 1330 West Avenue wish for having the west side of the building to stay off the edges for public use and, in fact, they have already put a barrier to not allow people access. In replacement, the Waverly condo association offered land and some developments for a park in the nearby area. However, South Beach residents are disappointed and say that there is no convincing reason why the bay walk shouldn’t be public. Negotiations have started and the fact of making considerable improvements to the 14th Street park is having a big weight.
