Sunrise: Luxury living growing up

Sunrise is becoming a luxury living city since many residential projects are being developed at a very high level. There are two new fashionable condominiums towers as well as many beautiful single-family homes on the table to get them completed soon. It is said that every project is being treated brilliantly by city planners. The idea is  still to make Sunrise City a desirable place to live, play and work. There are many new attractions for new residents and visitors from all over the world. Sunrise City is heading in the right way with the entrance of Sawgrass Mills Mall, commercial developments and new high-rise condos. All this together and more are giving the city the popularity and recognition that deserves. Many people from foreign countries are calling Sunrise as “Vienna” and some others as “The new Downtown for Southern Florida”. Among all the new projects in the nearby area of Sawgrass Mall in Sunrise, there are some relevant ones that are listed here: The Tao condominiums a 26-story towers with at least 400 elegant units, Artesia, a 28-residential building that will consist of six 13-story buildings, and The Colonnade which is a retail center  that opened its doors last March with a big number of stores, gourmet restaurants and fine dinning.
