It’s buyers’ market in Florida State

Prices of some beautiful single-family homes in Melbourne Beach have dropped a little since they were listed longer than usual. However, they were not really over-priced. But, due to the buyers’ market condition, a number of reasonable sellers have opted to drop home prices in order to make a successful transaction sooner instead of waiting for nothing. Home prices are in the mid $300,000 for single-family homes, then waterfront condo units are priced $600,000. Melbourne Beach offers a very unique and more comfortable environment than many other beachside communities. Melbourne Beach is home to the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge and the Sebastian Inlet State Park.
