Real Estate Commissions are helping good causes
November 22th, 2006
A Real Estate Agent from the Chicago area, Scott Zelkin, is donating a portion of his Real Estate commissions to help institutions and organizations for good causes. Zelkin believes that thousands of dollars can be collected from Real Estate transactions and he gives some money to Charity Guide from every home sale he closes. Charity Guide connects people with a big number of service projects such as animal welfare, health and safety, poverty, environmental protection, ecology, homelessness and more. Charity Guide founder Michael Organ is in the process of sending letters to every Realtor client to thanks for their contribution since they paid for a Real Estate service without knowing about the Realtor commission being donated to a good cause. Organ plans to make Realtor clients know about how that money is going to be used.
Donations from Real Estate transactions are expected to be a major success also in Florida State( Miami Beach, Aventura, Coconut Grove, Palm Beach and Orlando) California ( Los Angeles, San Diego and Monterrey), Nevada ( Las Vegas and Henderson ) and New York ( Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island ). |
